of work I'm never paid for including interviews and the hunt. But these
were not sure cases, and it's a terrible thing to move and get mixed
results or bad results, and temporary transit situations often spoil
locations temporarily. So I do many full refunds.
A locational astrologer will do refunds if he 1) Really knows what he's
doing, 2) Has high standards and isn't giving junk locations, 3) Is
honest, and 4) Gets enough good cases to afford to be honest.
NOTE:
A "declined" case means I declined to give an opinion or do a reading;
not that the client declined to move to the place I recommended!

NON-PAYING CLIENTS:
I don't get many of these. Maybe once every 5 years. But lately all of
the sudden I have two.
My only recourse is to list them here. I don't like being a bill
collector. I normally say no word about my clients either publicly or
privately, not even their names.
But these are outside my protection because they did not pay and are
taking advantage of a sincere astrologer who did his best.

Her check bounced May 24, 2011. I did the work and my opinion was to
keep her current location. I guess she thought that wasn't exciting so
she didn't need to pay me or make her check good. I downsized the fee
to my minimum of $65 and gave her an abbreviated reading. But she never
made good on her check, or sent $65. I phoned her, no response. Even
the advice of "stay put" can be very helpful advice, end a lot of
questions and considerations, and save a client from a lot of mistakes!
She got her answer.

This is the worst case. With me, she was a "Stop Check" artist who,
after being told I was "stumped" but with a $30 stumped fee,
swooped in with a kill on her $195 check while it was going to the
bank.
That was either to rip me off from my tokenary $30 dollar fee, or
because she was afraid I would not really refund her, or both.
I declined to give a location because her reports about life did not
make sense to my experience.
This is unusual. But I don't give recommendations if I don't see the
chart "working" at present,
see the principles of locational astrology clearly evident in the
client's life. It is dangerous to proceed otherwise.
It was for her well-being that I declined the money and scheduled
her for refund, not mine.
One fact was her chart looked very negative in her location but her
reports didn't fit that.
Part of my care and consideration was to avoid saying anything about
that, so as not to influence her mind in any negative way.
Seeing how she was doing very well, I didn't want to have any negative
influence on that or break her natural stride.
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is one of my rules in this work.
Still, she "stopchecked" me and stung me for my agreeable, small $30
fee for trying and did not inform me she would do this.
The atrocious thing is she is well-to-do.
She doess not need to work and has no plans to. She lives off income
she gets from renting out her old residence in Los Angeles which she
described as a nice property,
sescondly from "stocks and bonds," and also from a "marriage
settlement." But she stiffs me for 30 bucks.
She stated that likes her present residence in Mt. Shasta, the
so-called "spiritual" place for "spiritual" people. It looks out on
beautiful natural scenery.
She reported she has friends in Mount Shasta and spends her time
"hiking, going to concerts, educational workshops."
Her one great interest and hobby, besides helping plan an upcoming
wedding, was "playing the stock market."
This case, though small, particularly annoys me. The use of a sudden
"stopcheck" to avoid paying a small fee,
instead of waiting for her refund (most of my other clients are far
more financially strapped than her) is ungrateful,
dishonest, insulting,
and also in very poor taste.
In a 20-year career I have had only one other Swooping Sally pull
this maneuver the moment I was "stumped."
That was a lower class woman who lived in a trailer park and should
not have been working with me in the first place.
(Trustingly, I don't wait for checks to clear before doing readings,
especially if they are in a hurry.)
The fact that this woman would want to cheat an old man of $30 bucks
who did his best for her, and was honest,
and gave her significant information anyway, and put in time serving
her --
$30 bucks like the cost of a dinner for two -- shows a lot about her.
In explaining the non-matching problem between her reports and the
charts, I put it in the very most positive terms from her
point-of-view,
as possibly representing transcendence or being "off the charts."
(It happens, rarely.)
That might have been profoundly significant information for her. I
now withdraw that opinion.
Funny thing: A bank fee for stopping a check is often a much as my
$30 dollar stumped fee itself.
SoI guess she'd rather give money to the bankers than a sincere,
20-year astrologer who tried to help her,
and listened to her tell about her life and her true goals,
treated her honestly, and gave her some information. Just the process
of getting a client to verbalize their goals
is often very beneficial to the client and worth the 30 bucks. I have
had to pay $49 for a minor parking ticket,
$200 for a car-tow, and $35 for an overdraft.

Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
